Overview
of Knowledge Management
Knowledge Management (KM) refers to a broad collection of organizational
practices and approaches. Most KM practitioners have defined the term
"Knowledge Management" in many different ways based on their
organizational needs and objectives. There is no any single definition
of KM among practitioners. Instead of coming up our own definition,
we have decided to include a website maintained by
Sveiby Knowledge Associates (SKA) that has a nice introduction to
knowledge management, including a "test your tacit knowledge"
quiz. We can't see why we would reinvent the wheel !!! Isn't that
the whole point of KM???
