Queen's KBE Centre for Knowledge-Based Enterprises is a global leader in researching the management of knowledge-based enterprises. It will host the forum event which will provide Ph.D. students studying in the knowledge management field with the opportunity to present research, exchange ideas, and emerge with a refined research program. This Consortium should be of interest to Ph.D. students especially those in the early to middle phases of their dissertation research.

Natural Resources Information Management Forum
February 5-6, 2003, Richmond, British Columbia

FORREX - Forest Research Extension Partnership is working in collaboration with a variety of organizations to improve the way natural resources information is organized and used. It details how effective information and knowledge management capabilities are being used to help protect natural resouces. This two-day Forum offered a comprehensive look at natural resources information management through presentations on the latest information management strategies, tools, technologies, and initiatives. This site by David Skyrme Associates lists on-line courses and conferences in Knowledge Management. Most of the references are current. The conferences listed are held in both the US and internationally. The site includes links to each of the events. An interesting feature of this site is that it includes an archive list of past events, which could be helpful as a way to contact sponsors of past events in a particular area of interest.
