ICASIT Staff
ICASIT has a team of highly qualified graduate and undergraduate students
who work on the center's projects. Also, through relationships developed
with local school districts, ICASIT works with some high school students.
A unique feature of this involvement is that team members are given
specific,
deliverable projects for which they have direct responsibility. For example,
this web page was first a responsibility of Asmita Runge, who received
her MBA in May of 1998. Now it has been handed over to the current ICASIT
staff, and Lindsey Pouliin, ICASIT
manager. In the same way, multimedia kiosks, instructional development
projects and other assignments are
made in
the context of responsibility that inheres in each person. As a result
of
this approach to assigning responsibility the research associates at
ICASIT become very valuable resources to prospective employers.
